Al determined the problem with my chimney at the beginning, but did not realize the extent of damage it had suffered until he got into the rotten wood.. He had to rebuild the chimney from the bottom to the top. Al completed the job by caulking thoroughly and painting the new chimney and it is now better than it was when first built. He did an excellent job and easy to work with.
